This course provides training in the operation of ENDURO® Rollformers. Only those who have successfully completed this training should operate an ENDURO® rollformer. This training should take approximately 2 hours to complete.

The course provides a step-by-step guide on operating the rollformer correctly to manufacture parts that are within specification.

During this course students will go through:

• the safe operation of the rollformer
• maintenance procedures
• checking if parts made are within tolerance
• keeping records

Completion of this course is required to operate the ENDURO® rollformer and to understand how to check if parts made are within tolerance.

This course does not cover the following topics:

• How to adjust the ENDURO® rollformer
• Fabrication processes and procedures;
• How to operate ENDUROHUB®

These will be covered in separate courses.

Important: This course does not cover how to make any machine adjustments. An operator who has completed this course should not attempt to make any machine adjustments. Incorrect adjustment of the machine may lead to the machine not operating properly or producing parts outside tolerance.
